Which fabric?!

My mom is going to make me some new valances for my kitchen windows. The window treatments from the last owner (actually the first owner made them, I think) are not the greatest. Here's a picture. I don't really like the triangle look.

Here are my fabric choices so far. My kitchen has white (well, maybe slightly off white) walls with light wood cabinets. I tried to take a picture of the kitchen, but it came out dark for some reason. The only color in there right now is a bowl of fake lemons and a plate with lemons on it. My appliances are black. The first one with the diamond pattern is a goldish yellow color. Originally, I thought I wanted plain yellow valances. I kind of like the damask one, but can't decide if it's really quite right for kitchen valances.
