One Hundred Push Ups

Has anyone ever heard of this "program?" You can view the program here. I think I'm going to give it a try starting next week. My upper body has always been weak and is an area that I really want to tone.

I hate to admit it, but I will have to start with modified push ups, like below. I plan to work my way up to doing regular push ups!

I've never heard of the push-up program, but I'm going to go and check it out. I folled the Buff Bride program for a while before the wedding and noticed a difference after only a couple of weeks.

Thanks for posting on my blog! I'm always happy to "meet" new people and hope that you'll stick around and read my meaningless babblings. Feel free to e-mail me! We haven't lived in Illinois for very long, so I still don't know anyone here.

I might as well jump on this train, too! When you get to doing regular (boy) pushups, they're oh so good for your abs, too!
